Do you do FREE Shipping?

All orders NZ$100 and over are FREE Shipping anywhere in New Zealand*.

All orders AUD$200 and over are FREE Shipping anywhere in Australia* .

 

Unfortunately we are not able to offer Free Shipping outside of New Zealand or Australia. Normal International Shipping fees apply. *Excludes Bulky/Heavy Orders.

 

Free shipping to Australia is done using the Standard International Shipping Service only. If you wish to upgrade to the Economy or Express Trackable service, please contact our customer services team who will be happy to sort that out for you. Please note that upgrading to the Economy or Express Courier options will incur a shipping charge.

You can expect that your item will usually arrive at its destination within the timeframe specified for each service. Because Courierpost does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we can’t guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs, may take longer.

Please note that the delivery times may take longer during the Holiday seasons – ie Christmas, New Year and other public holiday dates. Once it leaves Good3’s premises, we have no control over the delivery timeframe/courier drivers schedule.

Who do you use?

For all parcels around New Zealand – we use Courierpost. For all International Parcels we use a combination of NZ Post, DHL, International Air and some third parties once the parcel has arrived in the country of destination.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes/Rural/Private Bags?

Yes we deliver to PO Boxes, Private Bags and even Rural Areas within NZ.

Do you have to sign for the Parcel?

No – all parcels go out NON-SIGNATURE. 

Please ensure you have all of your address on your order as that is what is used as the delivery shipping address. If you wish to have signature required, please write SIGNATURE REQUIRED in the notes section of your order.

Can I leave a note for the Courier?

Good3 forwards all messages to the Courier Driver on the Delivery notes – however because we do not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee that the Courier Drivers will action the written requests. This is beyond Goos3’s control.

What if my International Order gets stuck at Customs?

Individual countries have various laws for the importation of nutritional products and whilst Good3 will not knowingly export products to a country where those products are classified as Prescription items in that country, it is therefore still your responsibility to check your country’s legislation for any items prohibited by any law, regulation or statute of any country or state to, or through which the items may be shipped.

 

Good3 will not accept any liability or make compensation payments for loss, damage, delayed delivery or parcels halted by customs for containing any prohibited items. From time to time shipments are held by customs and subject to inspection fees – Good3 is not liable for these fees.

 

If for any reason your International order is not allowed into your country and Customs returns it to us, then once we have received the parcel, we will refund your order – not including the original shipping fee. The parcel must be back at our premises physically before your order will be refunded. Our Customer Services team will contact you when it has arrived back safely.
